While taking part in the weekly challenges from Ish and Chi via instagram I kept coming across these completely talented ladies with these amazing styling skills. While admiring their instagram feeds I found that they were taking part in a monthly competition called the #7 vignettes run by Jen Bishop, writer of interiorsaddict.com
Jen presents seven words (one word each day) and then I went off and created little themes with bits and bobs from around my house. I had an absolute ball taking part for the first time. I was blown away by the talent of some amazing ladies I’ve met over the past seven days. I can’t wait to take part next month.
I adore your seven arrangements. And you have lovely things in your house!
Thank you so much Shizuka! I had so much fun. I’m currently doing another vignette month, so when I’ve finished I’ll post the pictures again.
Oh yes, I’ll be looking forward to more of your vignette!
These were taken with your phone camera?? Day four is exquisite, looks like an old classic oil painting, I love it. They’re all wonderful.
Hi Meekins! I’m so sorry it’s taken me a while to respond.Thank you so much for taking the time to look at my blog. Day four is one of my favourites as well. Day four was taken at very low light (candle light) and shot with my Canon 7D. Some of the shots are taken with my phone but most of them are with my SLR. Have a lovely day. 🙂
Oh you’re welcome! So interesting to know it was shot by candle light, I love low-light photography. You have such a great eye for layout, really shows your graphic design side 🙂
I love low-light photography as well! The candle light created such a beautiful feel, I’ll definably be trying it again. Looking forward to seeing your next post.
